The production line is mainly suitable for production of sterike powders of high output.
The production line is composed of QCLW series ultrasonic bottle washing machine, QHX series hot air circulation tunneloven, KFG series aseptic powder metering and filing machine and ZG series capping machine. The unit has the functions ofwashing, drying and steililinl, fllng and stoppling, capping and sealing. It is mainly suitable for production of sterile powders in pharmaceutical enterprises, By adding the RABS system, it can meet Class A (1SO5 level) requirements for asepticpreparation enwironment, and the unit meets the new version GMP requirements.
